Useful bit of kit

Seems well made and is very easy to use. You simply point it at the point you want to know the temperature and it comes up on the display. Without a temperature display on the pizza oven, this is perhaps the only way of knowing when the perfect time is to launch your pizzas. Apart from the pizza oven, it is also quite useful for identifying hot and cold spots around the house, which could have some energy saving benefits. All things considered, this was a good purchase and would recommend to others.
