Fair results not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishes never dry even on hot setting the finish liquid. And HAVE to prescribe dishes or particles let on dishes even if washed right away

Hello! We're sad to hear that you're experiencing issues with your dishwasher, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We recommend you use rinse aid, Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance.
To get the best results when using the dishwasher, ensure not to overcrowd your dish racks to allow proper water and heat to flow through the appliance. And always make sure that the items are loaded properly. Large items on the bottom rack, small items on the top rack; there should be space between the items to allow water to flow. Pans, cups, and dishes should be loaded facing down. Utensils should not be nested. The spray arms should not be blocked, allowing them to rotate freely. If the issue still persists, please contact us at 1-800-374-4432. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, we'll be happy to assist.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with my new dishwasher. There’s a bit of a learning curve, hot water must be run at the tap prior to turning it on for optimal performance, which I’ve never had to do with other dishwashers, but overall a good appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most amazing purchase so quiet you don't hear it thank goodness for the light at the bottom to let you now it's running or done. The dishes are shiny clean never would believe clean dishes would make me smile. For 17 years I have dealt with a dishwasher that was loud and would leak, so after every wash I had to make sure I emptied the large bowl of water. I never ran the dishwasher when I was home because of the noise.
