So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the dishwasher a few weeks, but it has done well so far. I installed it myself which was easy and took very little time. It is extremely quiet and it does a much better job of cleaning than previous dishwasher.

We have had the dishwasher for only 5 weeks, but it does a very thorough job of cleaning, runs quietly and seems to take less time per cycle than our previous dishwasher. We also love the blue and green lights that cast on the floor to let you know when it's running and finished.

Poorle Engineered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poorly engineered. The top rack, even in lowest position hits the sprayer arm when moved in or out and often knocks the arm off. It is a pain to have to snap it back in place every time the top rack is pulled out or rolled in. The lower rack does not transition smoothly from the door to its rails in the washer, resulting in clinking of plates and bowls. This could actually cause breakage of dishes.

Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works well to clean the dishes completely. However, the unit always seems to have a mildew smell, even right after using it. The bottom rack does not operate smoothly. This in not so much an issue with my unit alone, I believe it to be a design issue.
