Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 30 yr old dishwasher with this model. I ran a sanitizer cycle for first time use, as I was told by the salesman and delivery men. My counter top lip is over the dishwasher. There was water on the control panel and the underside of my counter. Thankfully, I have a quartz counter and not unfinished wood.
The second time, I used the quick wash with the dry cycle, again there was water on the underside of my counter top, none on the control panel. I called support, waited over 25 minutes, only to be told that this was normal, since I didn't have a LITER of water. I could tell she was reading this off some screen.
The insulation is so thin around the dishwasher, at first, I thought it was part of the packing material.
The dishwasher is smaller than my opening. Probably because there is very little insulation. My old dishwasher, although noisy, had so much insulation. My installer said the manufacturers used to supply strips to fill in the gaps. Not anymore.
It does clean well so no problem there.

Beautiful Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire Dishwasher we now have is an extremely beautiful machine. By that I mean it just looks like it was built with timelyness in mind. In 20 years, I have no doubt it will look as good in our home as it does today, and because it was so well built, it will continue to run flawlessly. They built a work of art that washes dishes.
