Cleans well. Silverware compartment won't stay together. Bottom drawer has trouble sliding in and out.

It has some drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First run the dishwasher was nice and quiet. But after that it gives out a low trombone type sound. The repair man said that the sound of the pump draining the water. I don’t like the bottom rack because when I pull it out and load it the back wheels get stuck. I have to lift the back up to get it to slide back in. I’ve never had to do that with a dishwasher. I guess most like that the control lights are hidden under the countertop but I would prefer to see what cycle was selected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It just seems like a normal dishwasher. The one thing that bugs me is you really have to push the bottom rack back in because the wheels get stuck on the crack between the door and the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a fan of black interior, hard to see into the unit. When the bottom rack slides out it catches on a lip I assume to "lock" in place & to puss the rack back in you have to give it a good shove to get it past that lip. If the unit is full it's a bit tricky. Not a fan of this unit.

Not happy with the performance, cleaning, and build quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Frigidaire Dishwasher with high hopes of effortlessly cleaning my dishes, but unfortunately, it has been a source of immense frustration and disappointment. This review aims to shed light on my experience with this seemingly ineffective dishwasher.
To begin with, the dishwasher's primary purpose is to clean dishes efficiently, but this particular model fails to accomplish even the most basic task. I have tried various settings, detergent brands, and loading techniques, but the results have been consistently subpar. The dishes come out looking as if they have been given a mere rinse rather than a thorough wash. Food particles and stains remain, requiring me to manually scrub and rewash almost every item. It defeats the whole purpose of owning a dishwasher if I have to spend extra time and effort on cleaning after it.
Moreover, the dishwasher's interior design leaves much to be desired. The layout seems poorly optimized, resulting in dishes not being cleaned evenly. The water spray doesn't reach all areas effectively, leading to some items being left untouched while others are oversaturated. I find myself constantly rearranging the dishes and trying different configurations to no avail. It's frustrating and time-consuming, especially when dealing with larger loads.
Furthermore, I must mention the lackluster build quality of this dishwasher. The overall construction feels flimsy and cheap, which is not what I would expect from a reputable brand. The control panel buttons are unresponsive at times, requiring multiple attempts to activate the desired settings. The racks also feel fragile and prone to breakage. Considering the substantial investment required for a dishwasher, I expected a sturdier and more reliable product.
Overall, I regret my decision to purchase the Frigidaire Dishwasher. Its inability to clean dishes effectively, combined with its flawed design, and poor build quality, have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this dishwasher to anyone who expects reliable and efficient dishwashing performance. I highly advise considering alternative options that prioritize cleaning effectiveness and overall quality.

Poor performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Completely dissatisfied with this unit. My very old, cheap brand dishwasher cleaned dishes 10 times better. Greasy dishes are most often left greasy and food often remains on dishes. I DO rinse all my dishes before going into the dishwasher.
