[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the unit for a few washes so far but it's far quieter than I anticipated. I have always been told that stainless tubs are much quieter but going from stainless to plastic is not a huge difference for me. The one con that I have is that it closes much harder than my last unit, you physically have to push it closed to latch it. It's also much lighter so fastening to your countertop is a must.
I do miss having the thin silverware rack at the top, I didn't think that I would miss it but that was a good add on. I hope that it last longer than my last unit (5 years) which was not Frigidaire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does wash nicely but the drawer gets stuck every time I pull it out. I have to left it up and maneuver the drawer back in every single time. But overall works nicely.

If your racks won't come out (or are falling out) or won't close, look at the latches. These are little flip-clips at the end of each rack post. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely no problem getting any amount of gunk off the dishes and so quiet you can barely hear the machine is running. Two minor design flaws: 1.) there is no stopper to keep the bottom tray as it rolls out over the door; and 2.) the silverware basket is somewhat flimsy. Please don’t take these comments the wrong way, we are EXTREMELY HAPPY with the purchase overall.
