Poorly designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Internals are poorly designed. The top rack has way too much slop in the rail, so it sags forward when it is loaded and doesn't feel very stable. We try to load from the rear, but that only helps a little. Our bowls are not very wide, but we can't fit two glasses on each side of the bowl like we could in the old dishwasher. The bowls lean forward a bit on the top shelf making it hard to stack bowls behind each other. A little hitch in the rack prongs that other models have would have helped. The lack of small racks along the top side edge of the top rack is disappointing too. Consequently, we run this DW more frequently than our old one.
The bottom rack isn't much better. The wheels don't span the gap very well so there's a big clunk when we pull it out. We load from the front first, which helps a little, but makes it a little more annoying to load. The middle silverware separator is also too flimsy. It delicately sits in holes on either side, but so little of the tabs are engaged that it comes loose every time we unload and often while we load.
Not including side mount brackets with the unit was also a headache, but I don't know how common that is.
On the positive side, I think the unit looks good, noise levels are reasonable, and I think the door closure feels and sounds good (yes, I am an engineer).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had an issue with the dishwasher not working but a technician came through warranty department and it was fixed within 5 mins. So far no complaints and it works great.

Great Dishwahser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Great Dishwasher and matches our other Gallery products perfectly. It dries the dishes very well also. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the problem with the bottom rack coming off track if pulled out too far. This is a common theme with these dishwashers, and I hope Frigidaire corrects it to make their product perfect.

Dishwasher Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really model, we had some issues with who ever installed, did a terrible job. The person that installed, didn't hook up the drain hose, my kitchen was a mess. The technician from Frigidaire, troubleshoot the washing machine and found the issues. Happy to report that the Dishwasher Machine is working like a champ!
