Loud and doesn’t dry very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The track on the door the rack rolls on is not the same elevation as the one inside the unit, so the bottom rack doesn’t smoothly transition into it. When it switches into another mode it clunks very loudly. The unit wasn’t really dying the dishes either.

Also, sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid. I hope this helps! It is important to make sure that air dry is not being selected, as this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps. Very decent dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwashers have historically gotten a bad wrap. They are inefficient, leave spots, don't dry well, etc... This Frigidare Gallery 24 inch dishwasher does a lot to dispel that poor history. I don't think any dishwasher will ever be as thorough as handwashing, but the savings in time and water usage makes that comparison moot in my opinion. Our water bill has gone down and no more spending time and a sore back from standing to wash a day or two's worth of dishes. I chose the Gallery for its features with the hard food filter and disposal. I can scrape off the larger pieces of food and load it up and the Gallery takes care of the rest. The dishes do not come out completely dry, but a quick rub with the dishtowel on the way to putting the dish away and we are solid. My wife loves the time and effort saving. The Gallery is spacious, has a good design for dishes, and does a good enough job that it is way worth the investment. We are hoping to purchase a water conditioning system in the near future, which I think will eliminate any spotting (we have very hard water). I would recommend this product to anyone.
One note to prospective buyers. You have to be careful of how you load the washer up. We learned through trial and error (mostly error) that the pod of detergent, was not dissolving and we got worried that something was wrong with the dishwasher. Nope! Operator error. The compartment that holds the pod and opens up during the cycle to drop it into the tub is situated on the left hand side (you facing the machine). We were loading tall dishes or pots right in that area and the door was getting stuck on the dishes and not opening all the way. Operator error to say, but a minor design flaw in my opinion. They should have out the compartment higher up to prevent blockage. Enough to dock it one star, but not enough to dampen my enthusiasm for having a very decent dishwasher.

1) very quiet 2) does a decent job cleaning
3) The light on the bottom that tells you when the dishes are clean
What I don’t like is the flimsy feeling of the interior racks. The bottom rack doesn’t slide nicely back into the dishwasher you have to pick the back of the rack up to get it to go back into the dishwasher just seems like an amateur fail makes the dishwasher feel chintzy.
