Does most everything, but doesn't quite dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does all the expected. It gets dishes, as long as they don't have stuck on dried food, clean. The only thing lacking is no matter what the dry function doesn't seem to fully dry anything and can get a mildew smell. Liquid drying chemicals seem to help, but I feel like this shouldn't be a requirement.
