Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed in this dishwasher. I purchased it to replace my previous Gallery and it seems like a low quality knock off compared to what we had. I have had three glasses break in less than one month due to not being able to secure them in place. I had the old gallery for 10 years and never had a glass break.
The pull out trays do not transition easily and causes the tray to stop making everything rattle and move when pushing the trays back in.
The cutlery tray is smaller but sufficient and the interior is black. We knew that when we purchased and it does look nice but, we also realize now that it makes it very hard to see what is inside.
It is not as quiet as the older model but it does get the dishes clean.
Overall, I wish I had not purchased this model. Our other appliances are Gallery and we bought this to keep things matching.

Fridgidaire dishwasher … wish I’d brought some dishes to tes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work well, definitely quieter than my older model. However, a big detractor I realized once I got home was the height of the top shelf. I have three teenage boys at home and all they like to use are large plastic cups. None of them fit on the top shelf, nor do some of the plastic dishes I’d normally put up there. We’ll make it work, but I’m not in love because of that.
