Really Good Bag but…

I purchased this bag for a trip to Vegas, it performed as expected for the trip out. On the way home i found that the zipper had broken and ripped away from the bag. I was extremely disappointed because I had such high hopes for the bag. I take short trips often and this bag seemed to be the perfect accompaniment.

Don't do it

I have had to do two warranty claims on this bag. The zippers are low quality and end up breaking. I am not overfilling the bag either. Also, it will not stay zipped on the ends. Had to check the bag once and when I got off the plane it was wide open. The zipper failed.

Defective Zipper

regret to inform that I bought the Swiss Gear Everyday duffle bag from Nordstorm Rack, 24th North State Street based in Downtown, Chicago and the zipper of the bag broke within 15 mins of carrying it. The bag was bought on the 25th of September 2023, about 4 pm, CST. It was a nightmare getting this back to India on the flight.

I ordered the 20" but I received the 21"
I didn't bother returning it for just that extra inch, however I do not know if that inch less would have made it possible to put the bag under the seat, the 21" doesn't fit.

Bought this bag for a recent trip to NYC and for trips afterwards. It allows me to bring some hanging clothes (3 shirts and a pair of pants) plus a ton of other clothes, a hanging toiletry kit (which I got for free from Swiss Gear), and two pairs of shoes (one in the side pockets). My ONLY complaint is that this bag relies on the top zipper to keep the side zippers closed, so it would be good to include some small clips to bind the zippers closed on each side...or two locks. If it had that, I'd have rated it 5-Stars.

Nice looking bag. Doesn’t protect hanging garments from getting wrinkled one bit. Doesn’t even protect wrinkle free shirts from getting wrinkled.
