Great Picture, limited options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The entire set up process was fairly simple and I am very happy with the quality of the video from these cameras including the night vision. Even if it is very dark outside, the night vision works great. I like that these are powered via ethernet, but at the same time can be kind of a hassle as everything needs to feed back to a central plug in point. This made it a challenge with the ethernet cables running through the house. The one feature I really wish this had was the ability to block out or ignore some of the motion in the field of view of the camera. For example, the camera on the front of the house has the street in view of the camera and every time a car goes by it sets off the motion notification and I really only want it to go off when someone is in my yard or front door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A outstanding complete kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This NVR and 4k cameras comes complete with everything needed to install and fine tune the system. The picture quality from the cameras is outstanding day or night and is clear even when zoomed in a good amount. The system setup wizard gets you up and going in minutes and the options to turn not only the spot light on or off but the inforcer lights and siren too. The user interface is well laid out and easy to navigate and full of adjustable features to fine tune the system. The app is easy to link to the NVR and lets you keep a eye when away along with sending alerts when the system is tripped. I replaced a wireless system with this one and running the wire to each camera is well worth the time and effort in both the quality of video and the lag free viewing and alerts. The night picture is from my backyard with no other light sorce but the ir from the camera and some moon light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

3 out of 4 cameras didn’t work

I bought this system and 3 of the 4 cameras didn’t work out of the box. One camera doesn’t work at all.the other 2 don’t have any audio. The app is aweful to use and like something from 20 years ago. I wouldn’t buy this product if I had my time again

Not very good!

Amazing Security System

I purchased this system along with additional cameras a little over a month ago and it's exceeded my expectations. I just had to get my Electrician to install PoE ports where I wanted to strategically place the cameras. The setup was very straightforward. I have already setup the face and vehicle detection for my family and love these features. All components worked straight out of the box. The clarity is out of this world!! From my experience I would not hesitate to recommend this product to my family and friends.

So far it’s great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Swann - 4 Camera 8 Channel 12MP Pro Enforcer™ NVR Security System and so far we are loving it. We get to see the armadillos tearing up our yard now. Took about 4 to 5 hours to install because we wanted to get the perfect spot for all the cameras. The picture is very clear. But so far it works very well and hopefully we won’t have to use it for the worst.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Swann outdoes itself again! This is wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I am using this Swann security camera system in a rental unit of mine where the tenants had asked if I had a security system installed. While it wasn’t a dealbreaker, the tenants were ecstatic when I told them I was going to be installing a Swann product. Having a Swann system in my own home, I knew exactly what kind of quality I would be getting. I love that I can be alerted when recordings are triggered with technology like customizable face recognition as well as person and vehicle detection. I love the fact that this unit comes with the ability to see color at night as well as the flexibility of the NVR system to expand the system as needed down the road. The internal storage hard drive is massive add could easily store weeks if not months of footage before having to override older ones. The Swann name has always been synonymous with quality add I knew exactly what I was getting when I picked up this additional unit for my tenants. With all the other names and home security out there, I would absolutely pick a Swann system again!
I would recommend this to a friend!
