One of the worse printers I have ever owned. The photo quality is just awful. Not happy about this machine at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson xl800

My old workforce 500 finally quit due to paper jam.
It lasted for over 6 years.

The xl 800 works as well as the wk500 AND it's wireless all though I've only used it for copy and scanning functions and those work great.
Only worry is ink usage. Printing out my income tax for storage (56pages)nearly emptied the black ink cartridge. Time will tell if this is a continuious problem, however the cost of each cartridge for the xl 800 is lower than my old workforce 500.
Over all I am very pleased with this new printer and hope to use it for many years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I haven't owned it long enough to comment. I really don't print out that much, My only concern against it so far , is the idea that it opens nicely,, tray 1 and tray 2 and the front door. but when its done I have to close it manually , or its in my way . And also I haven't been able to find the ink cartridges locally.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned all kinds of printers, all brands and find this Epson XP-800 the best one I ever purchased. I print a lot of manuals for yard eqt. and find it has be the very best for printing doubles sided manuals. I would like to see cheaper ink cart. for it though.

This is a rebuilt printer. The reason I give this printer 4 stars instead of 5 is because There is a piece of film coming loose from the upper right
hand of the control panel. I don't know if this is going to develop into a problem. So far the printer works excellently and I would recommend it to a friend.
