Easy to set up and print, copy , fax, etc. Good quality results and I love the capability to print on both sides of the page to save paper. Would definitely recommend to a friend and purchase another Epson printer in the future.

the Epson xp-800 is a little machine with a big ego. It does more things well then any printer I had before it . easy setup was the best thing for those who are not tech savvy. Color copies are fast and picture is beautiful. You still have to watch placement in the scanner to get the whole pic but other then that , I haven't had any problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

when ever there is a printer error, you cannot find what the error is. it doesn't let you know when your out of ink on a certain cartridge. it just wont let you print no more. very disappointed in this product. its very frustrating

This printer is exactly what I was looking for. It is small, I can print wireless from multiple devices and photos are great quality. I have had wireless printers before that were difficult to get setup and the photo quality was poor. My last printer was large and bulky and cost much more than this one. I am very pleased with this printer. I even went back and bought my dad one for Christmas. I think this is a great quality printer for a reasonable price and the small size is another wonderful aspect of this device. I haven't used it to scan or fax yet, so I can't comment on that yet but it copies and prints great. It prints fairly fast too. Setup was simple and quick. I am using this product with MAC products and it is completely compatable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this printer for the photo print quality which is outstanding. There are some design flaws in the printer itself, in my opinion. The single feed paper slot is very cumbersome to use. My bookkeeper refuses to even use it and pulls out the paper tray and puts in the different paper she needs just for one copy. It truly is a pain. Other thank that I love it.

Just setting up the new printer and I,m sure that I will like it. But, the setup info is poor, especially the paper tray info. I've been playing around with the setup for a couple of hours and I still dont understand how these trays are to be properly loaded. I shouldn't have to talk to a factory rep just to understand the basics. A thorough guide book should be included with a printer.

I had other printers in the past, but none like this one. It prints fast, its quality is OK. I t is easy to understand. I just do not like spending lots of money on ink. Also, it makes too much noise. Overall, it is OK.

very stylish looking,does not always print numbers below scanner codes?!sometimes prints the black parts very light irreguardless of setting.set-up was a breeze for aspects involved,i like being able to print from any computer wirelessly when disk is installed.a little noisy but very fast,i am pleased overall!!
