I wanted a printer so I can print out quality photos. This printer is the one. Beautiful prints and so fast. It is always ready to print, it goes to sleep after period of not being used, but as soon as you press print, it wakes up and within 30 seconds or so, it is doing its job. Love this printer.

But not entirely. I'm especially frustrated over the difficulty (sometimes impossibility) of printing envelopes. Normally I print a lot of envelopes. I've read instructions, seen videos and tried various options, none of which work smoothly.
It also appears that the original black ink cartridge is going to be short-lived. Are printer cartridges yet available for this new printer model?

I've had my printer 4 months and the CD/dvd tray jams or keeps ejecting. the CD/DVD printing was the reason for my purchase of this printer. I'm very unhappy with the product.

My old Workforce600 finally died and after much research I bought this one. Set up was a breeze and the print quality is excellent. Haven't used it much yet but am very happy with this purchase.

Small-in-one aptly named

This compact printer/scanner/copier/FAX machine supports AirPrint, our iMac and PCs equally well. Setup was straightforward, including setup for remote printing via Google Cloud printing & Epson's own Epson Connect remote printing feature.
Printouts are brilliant, photos (be sure to use their photo paper as we have had poor results using leftover HP photo paper) are quite nice. Paper feed seems fine.
Our only "gripe"? The output tray extends automatically, but must be pushed in manually to retract it if not in use. This is done with much resistance and what sounds like the gnashing of gears! I wish they had put a "retract" setting on the tray that reversed the motor. I actually wondered if this was intended! It almost feels like you might be breaking something.
All-in-all, it's a nice update/companion to our two-year old Epson Artisan 720 which did not support AirPrint. BTW, it's still in use & has never given us problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the worst print I have ever owned, I got it at the end of july and her it is sept and have had nothing but problem. it wont read in cartages, brand new ones that are Epson brand. the print quality is terrible, not detailed at all. The print from phone/ ipad feature prints blurry prints at best. Do not buy this printer it is terrible.
