I haven't had this printer long enough to run out of the initial ink, witch seems amazing to me since I have used it for many copies.This printer is without a doubt the best printer I have ever owned. It has unbelievable options, and is a very sleek looking printer that you can leave on your desktop closed up, and when you choose to print, it will open up automatically and print.
I would recommend this printer to everyone who wants to print beautiful pictures, and have a printer with unbelievable options.
I would recommend this to a friend!

good for my needs

I purchased this printer for the ability to print on ink printable DVD's. The images on the DVD's are good although a little less sharp then on my previous model of Epson printer.
If you do video's and print on your DVD's I highly reccomend this printer.

I've only had the printer for a couple of weeks but absolutely love it. It does everything I want, from printing photos to printing dvd's. It even has a tray that allows me to leave photo paper in the printer all the time. Added to that, the reviews say it uses less ink than most printers, and the ink is not as expensive as other brands. Absolutely great printer for the price.

I bought this all in one printer to replace several other aging machines. It does everything it is supposed to do. It was easy to set up. I love the wireless feature, pictures print very well, cartridges are easy to change, and it does not take up too much room on my desk.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always had Epson printers. It is just something about them that I like. This one is no exception. I had been looking into an all-in-one printer for awhile, but was "forced" to buy one when my mom was recovering from heart surgery and I had to work from home for several weeks. This printer is wonderful! It was easy to set up and does a great job overall. The print quality is great and I love the fact that there is a print black and a picture black. The scanner is good too though I did have a little issue figuring it out at first. If you use their software, it is a snap. I generally don't scan huge amounts so when I was scanning about 70 sheets, I made sure I broke it into small bunches. My biggest complaint is the paper tray, it is a bit cumbersome to use and every so often it won't read that there is paper in there. Color quality for pictures is outstanding as always!

Good printer, but could use modification

We do like our Epson printer; however, the paper tray is somewhat flimsy. It feels like it will easily break. Print quality is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
