Workhorse All in one

This workhorse scan beautiful pictures, prints remotely from andy printer, ipad or iphone in the house, and works nicely as a send and receive fax. You can't ask for more from such a small footprint- it has large output. Buy your ink on sale at Epson and save on shipping costs.
I currently have 3 working printers but this is the one I use the most. It even prints nicely on printable CD's eliminating the need to difficult to use labels.

The printer is easy to set up, works well on wireless. Scanning copies is easy and quality is acceptable, not great. Printing photos up to 5 x 7 are exceptional, larger photos tend to become grainy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice images but has several issues, doesnt mate well with multiple computers/users, doesnt mate well with wireless, have to reset often when not used for awhile, cheap initial cartridge used up after few copies so had to buy more, works better wired than wireless, too many moving parts w paper drawer etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this printer chiefly for the rear feed option which is very useful for printing on heavier paper stock. The printer does an excellent job printing homemade greeting cards. Unfortunately, I cannot for the life of me get it to print on plain paper properly. It seems to work only if set to print on thicker stock options, generally for photo printing. This uses up ink very quickly. Draft, fast, normal or even fine printing on regular stock simply eludes me. I have also found that it is not easy to find information on how the problem may be solved. I’ve downloaded the manual to no avail. I cleaned and aligned print heads to no avail. In summary, this printer is very good for special projects but is a complete bust for just ordinary printing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I found this printer very easy to install in each of my computers, both Imac and PCs. It replaced a printer of another company and I find this one faster and the quality of my photos is much better. I think the ink design will benefit me as each color has its own cartridge which will allow me to replace just one color and not all of them when one color is low.

This was my first Epson product but after my husband purchased a Workforce I was in awe how much better his Epson performed than my "top-rated" printer. I ditched my year old printer and purchased the XP-800. It installed effortlessly, and, EVERTHING works perfectly. The XP-800 is the best printer I've ever had...thanks for making my life much easier !

Great Little Printer

Don't be surprised by the size. This (relatively)small printer does it all. It's quiet, prints quickly, scans and copies and fits in the small space under my desk. My only complaint is that it requires individual colored ink cartridges (as opposed to the single tri-color cartridges many other printers use) which is a bit more expensive. The black cartridge is sometimes difficult to find. So I purchase black cartridges in bulk when I can find them. Other than this inconvenience it's a great printer. I even bought a second one.
