Epson, you could have put a two directional motor that would have retracted the output tray when you power down. Some of us that don’t have a lot of space and can’t afford to have the tray extended out six inches passed the printer. And manually pushing it in all the time doesn’t sound like a good idea. You really need to rethink this one.

Considering the price, I consider this machine very versatile. Printing quality is over and above what was expected. Conversely, it has a noise factor. I will be anxious to see how the ink cartridges perform.

I was a little leery at first because it feels kind of flimsy compared to other Epson printers I've had, this is my 4th. I print a lot of photos and use it for creative projects. I like this printer except for the paper trays which are not so easily accessible and the back photo loader is also kind of flimsy. On the plus side it is easy to set up, is pretty fast and I love the print quality of my photos. In my opinion it is not as good as the RX 700 which I had for years and absolutely loved even though it was slow.

I use this printer for printing school pictures. The results are a bright, clear and true color picture. It is also used for word and spread sheet docs.
Overall I think it is a fantastic value for what you get.

This printer is amazing, first it is wireless and all the functions work great. It prints excellent text as well as photos. It has two paper trays, one for photo paper and one for text. It can also print right on a dvd, although I have not tried that yet. It also prints on both sides without your touching anything and does it well. The one drawback to this and all other printers is the cost of the ink, it is outrageously high. All in all I like this printer a lot and hope to use it for many years.

Just got this printer and love the photo print I just printed out. I was also greatly surprised to find out it printed on cd's as well. This wasn't listed in the description but it does show a cd on the box. I don't have the fax set up as I have another fax machine, but the scanner is pretty simple.

The print quality and photo quality are quite good. Setup and connection was reasonable and straightforward. The size is very compact and we installed it where we could leave the discharge tray open always. This is more convenient than opening and closing on each use. We have not used the scanning and faxing features yet. The touchscreen is logical and straightforward. It is reasonably quiet and vibration free.

The printer over all is great . But when you do the set up it's very easy . But when you when you check the INK level after have printed about five pages you will fine that that the black is very low . I think the ink cartridges are not full that comes with the printer . So I would recommend purchasing more ink .
