Love this all in one

I work out of my home and was looking for a printer/fax/scanner that I could use on a daily basis, with good print quality. I was also looking for a printer that would allow my husband to print from his laptop without having to connect to the printer. This wireless printer has worked out great for both of us. We've only had it a couple months, but so far haven't had any problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

"That Was Easy!"

This was the ultimate "That was easy!" purchase! I reserved it on line and they notified me exactly 2 hours later it was available for pick up. It was right at the customer service desk when I arrived. The manager had her coat on and was ready to go home when she helped me pick the correct toner cartridges. And even better, they exchanged the old print cartridges I still had from the AIO I was replacing! Set up was very simple, even for someone technically challenged as myself. The print quality is gorgeous and the fax hook up was "easy" as well. I haven't figured out the scanning feature yet, but that's only because I"m ready to go to bed. And I couldn't beat the price for the quality.

This printer is so easy to set-up! As far as printer performance, so far so good. This is my second Epson printer. I will never purchase another brand.

XP-800 - Good printer, but not without issues

The Epson XP-800 is a good printer, with good print quality and speed, but the major issues I have struggled with is using it wirelessly. Specifically, the printer is often not showing "Online" enabling the computer to detect it and use it for printing, when it's on and ready to print. I have tried a number of various use cases to get it to be detected (turn it on before the computer, after the computer, giving it time to be detected, etc.). This problem seems to be solved by removing the printer from the computer as an available printer, and then re-installing it. After a re-install it will work for a while, and then often need to be installed at some point in the future. I have always checked to see if I have the currently updated Epson drivers and software, so that does not seem to the issue.
