This mfp is not nearly as well-made as Epson's more expensive units. The construction is so flimsy it looks like it wouldn't last very long under normal usage. Attempts to connect it to WiFi failed repeatedly. Eventually we just returned it to Epson.

First I loved it! Second the only complaint is the drawer that comes out to catch the paper should automatically come in. When you need to push it in it feels like you will break it will the tension against it. I'm not sure why you would make it automatically come out with it going back in. Other than that its an awesome and super fast all in one. Super fast install.

I purchased the Epson WF3520 about 2 days ago & wrote a good review on it. As much as I loved that printer, I returned it to get an actual touch screen model vs a touch panel (which is what the WF3520 had). Aside from that, I absolutely love the XP 800. Set up was a breeze. The features are great and easy to use. I'm going to have a blast with the CD/DVD printing! The automatic double side scan is still the best and the automatic output tray is an added bonus. I do agree with other reviews about the output tray retracting. However, I'm assuming the printer would need a sensor to know when the printed docs are removed in order to retract. Otherwise, where would the printed docs go...I'll leave it up to Epson to implement that on the next model. Overall, it's a great product!
