Like epson Printers very much. Quality is outstanding. I also have an epson Photo Stylus 1400 equally as good.

So far it is everything I have come to expect Epson this printer replaces my Artisan 835 which is still working. As always completely follow installation instructions. All the features work perfectly other than I haven't tried FAX. Very pleased with the size and the new features. Would recommend this printer.

This is the first printer that I have ever owned that would not print text the first day of operation. It is a no brainer to set up a new printer to just print text. It is going back to the store for a full refund.

I went through three of these printers in less than four months. All three consumed ink like it was a drug. The first printer lasted about three months. The second one was a refurbished model & lasted half a day. The third one was new & lasted one week. I threw it away & replaced it with another brand. I have an Epson Artisan 837 in another home. I bought it early in the year & it performs very well. The ink consumption is normal. I don't understand why Epson discontinued this model. In summary, since Epson no longer makes the Artisan 837 & the XP 800 is such an awful printer I would not recommend neither it nor the company.

Well, I am glad you asked. I am VERY disappointed in this printer. I am CONSTANTLY changing ink after 1-2 page of printing. This is my third printer after sending two back already AND .I am ready to send this printer back. I will never buy an Epson again.

Too difficult to use. Cannot adjust the black print, it is too light and cannot darken. The "Draft" mode comes out so light as to be unreadable, I am not even sure there is ink on the page. The moving parts keep knocking things on the floor. It is a real pain to use.
