I like my Eprson Printer and it works just fine. I was not pleased that there was no ink in it. You replaced my black ink when I called but did not replace any of the colored or photo ink and you should have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was looking for a printer that would print on CD's and DVD's. The sales person showed me this printer. The price was right. I only wanted it to print on DVD's. This printer does everything and it does it well. Print, Scan, Copy, Wireless, 2 sided printing and prints on DVD's. The software for DVD printing is better then what I was using. I really like this printer.

Load the CD, Easy to set up....no drama, virtually plug-n-play. After one month of use, Air print and wireless work perfectly.

A good value for the price paid. Picture quality exceeded my expectations. I am still learning all the functions and was pleasantly surprised to find that I can print from my smart phone. Now how great is that!

Set-Up: Epson 800

This review is limited by no previous experience with Epson but with a great deal of other brand back ground. Never before was I able to wirelessly set up a printer without major complications. The Epson 800 proved to be so simple that the only person who would NOT be able to do the job would be someone who cannot read relatively simple English. If this is a valid precursor to a new Epson experience, I am expecting a joyride!

I like the size of this printer and quality of the photo prints. The cassette trays are very awkward to use, as they do not slide easily and frequently stick. I prefer the rear entry system of the 680. Otherwise it's ok.

A Smart Purchase

I very recently purchased my XP-800. Overall, initial experience has been excellent on the basis of reasonable cost, compact design, touch screen utility, and ease of hook-up. I called customer service once to insure I was installing a secondary laptop computer correctly. A representative answered promptly. While the rep was very eager to assist and very courteous, communication for me was difficult. I think it speaks well of Epson customer service that promptly, upon my request to have another rep assist, my request was granted and the continued installation proceeded perfectly.
