Epson XP 800 Review

I just purchased an Epson XP 800 and so far feel happy with the result. I felt that loading the ink was a little difficult but once I figured out how to do this properly, the set up was really easy.
Couldn't figure out if the paper tray returns automatically because it comes out automatically when printing - then Vole I hear it shutting down and returning to its proper place.
The printer did the heavy lifting of the set up process - I just followed along. Also worked like a charm on Windows 8. Thanks Epson!

size is perfect for the home desk and print quality is exceptional for both text and photos .Price was right for the quality of the printer.the touch screen saves space since the keyboard is integrated into the same area used for controls on many other all-in-ones I've used before.

Easiest install ever. Great compact printer and smart too. If you forget to open receiving paper tray it does it automatically when you select print.

This is my first Epson printer. I love it. The photo printing is amazing - pictures are clear and the color is excellent.
The Bluetooth also works very well. I haven't owned it long enough to have to change cartridges, but it'll be interesting to see if I use some colors more than others, making the separate cartridges more economical that the single color cartridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've just begun trying it out at home. It picks up my printing requests from 2 rooms away. The documents are clear and clean. So I like that a lot. I'm looking forward to using some of the other features such as printing photos.

Very Pleasantly Surprised!

We purchased our new printer after our Epson Stylus Photo 825 printer finally gave out. After looking at several printers, we decided on this one over a comparable model by a competitor. The decision was a difficult one, however, we got this one because the old 825 was so dependable for so long! When I got it home and set it up. Wow! It works on all of our home laptop & desktop computers through the wireless N Ethernet. I found the CD Label Printing tray! I didn't even see it in the store! The printer software was similar to the 825, so it was a fast & easy transition. The setup software was easy to set up, a little too, easy, because it didn't allow me to select the features I wanted. I couldn't choose the drive for the program files and the fax programs run in the background and are not needed. The fax programs can be removed separately from the printer and scanner programs once they are installed. The images are sharp! This printer is much faster than the 825. The scanner is awesome, with resolution to spare! We can even feed business-card card stock through the sheet feeder on the back! I am also very pleased with the 2-sided copy feature. I also found out in the store that the window for the sheet feeder scanner and the flat scan white top copy backing come out and can be easily cleaned.
