[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv! As far as I’m concerned, Samsung is the only brand tv I’ll ever buy from now on. This tv replaced a more expensive brand that started with a V and ended with an O, which was probably the worse tv I’ve ever owned. So glad I discovered Samsung tvs!

Exceptional picture quality for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture quality. 4K viewing is very high quality. Simple and easy to connect and control my AV system with the included remote. Great color accuracy, and the available settings are easily dialed in to get a great quality viewing experience. I compared several brands, and this this model was simply so much better than similar models of other brands. QLED is far superior to anything else I’ve seen. College football is spectacular on this TV. My last several TVs have been Samsung, dating back to 2007 and including a couple of Plasma models. 5 Stars for this one. May try a 75” QLED next, but you can’t go wrong with a Samsung QLED. Very happy with this TV!

Good product for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV's internal processor is fast, so you don't have to wait long for apps, movies, tv, ect. to start.
Love the integration of Alexa, I just talk like I'm talking to an Alexa, very useful.
The one thing that is not ideal is the brightness. For some movies, shows, and apps, the screen is not bright enough. I have to turn off all the lights in the basement.

We appreciate you sharing details of the image quality on your Q80BD TV. Please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred.
Check to see if Contrast Enhancer has been enabled. This setting automatically adjusts your TV's brightness so the difference between bright and dark areas is not excessive. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer
If Contrast Enhancer hasn’t been enabled, please see if Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, or Motion Lighting have been enabled and disable them. - Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting
Please also be sure your TV’s firmware is up to date with the latest version. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
