Great all around smart tv

The remote control is wonderful. I love the voice command features of the remote. Overall quality of this tv is exceptional at this price point

Good Motion refresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the motion and color of this tv. I do not like the inability to brighten the dark. Black washes everything out, and you cant see fine details. I have it set as bright as it gets. Most shows are not really dark, but those that are, can be frustrating. Overall, I like it. Fix the black settings.

We appreciate you sharing details of the dimming issue you’ve experienced on your QN90B TV. Please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred.

Check to see if Contrast Enhancer has been enabled. This setting automatically adjusts your TV's brightness so the difference between bright and dark areas is not excessive. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer

If Contrast Enhancer hasn’t been enabled, please see if Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, or Motion Lighting have been enabled and disable them.
- Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting

Please also be sure your TV’s firmware is up to date with the latest version. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Amazing Graphic & Sound Quality

Amazon graphics and build in sound system make it worth the price. I will definitely recommend buying Samsung if you looking to buy new tv.

Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV to hang in our master bathroom on a mount tilted downward. The picture is crisp and superb. The software on the TV is very fast. Sound quality is also great. Ease of setup is a 9/10.
