Thoroughly pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV as a Christmas gift for ourselves last year. Whenever buying a big ticket item I do a lot of in-depth research. After doing due diligence on 75" TVs I decided that this Samsung would be the best bang for our buck. Samsung did not disappoint. First off, the setup was quick and painless. Although there are many items that can be tweaked, the menus were very intuitive and easy to understand. We've also been more than pleased with the picture quality The 75" is perfect for the size of our family room and the picture is bright and crisp from any viewing angle. We also love the vivid colors that it produces. All in all, we are very pleased with, and highly recommend this TV.

APS and sound poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is great. Sound is poor you have turn it up to 70’s or higher to hear. Very poor compared to my other Samsung tv. Trouble getting the zaps to work correctly especially the History channel. No matter how many times I up date or down load you cannot see History channen.l. If sound quality was better I would give it 4 stars.

We appreciate your feedback on sound quality, as well as apps. If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.
Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize sound by going to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

Good tv for the price
