Great Tv, small wishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my TV for over a year now and so far it’s been amazing. The quality of this TV is simply phenomenal. Only thing that can make it better is if it was OLED but there are other TVs by Samsung with it.
I watch anime on it with Samsung Internet. Here is where I experienced issues. While I’m playing a video in full screen, the cursor flashes/glitches in the screen where I last places it for a little so I try to put it in the corner. On my other TV this is not an issue and the cursor is easier to use because it is controlled by my wrist like a wand.

Xtra service contract has no value, everything is on line for help, doesnt automatically upload the current version, you manually have to do this , very, complicated and very frustrating, , if anything is wrong this is what its blamed on need to upgrade your version!!

Select Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

i have a samsung 75inch uhd i wanted a bigger tv so i got the 85inch qled and i can not get the picture quality i was hoping for. it looks so grainy its not clear i get so mad when i watch the 85 inch my 75 looks better but the 85 is supposed to be an upgrade i feel like i wasted my money i just get so mad off everytime i watch it and i even bought so high quality hdmi cords and still looks like trash. i just dont understand
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's unfortunate to hear you're not fully satisfied with the picture quality of Samsung's Q60B. To ensure your picture is fully optimized, please be sure your TV's firmware is up to date with version 1303, as this includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

If the image isn't to your liking after performing any necessary updates, you may want to try adjusting image settings to improve your picture.

Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.

Great color, flickering picture

This TV has fantastihc resolution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for streaming and movies. I am impressed by how crystal clear the pictures are. The reception is impeccable, and does we regularly watch reveal more details than we were aware of from our old TV.
our old one was one of the original Samsung smart TVs. It served us very well for about 15 years. We are going to get a similar lifetime use from this one.
