The picture quality is good. I have an annoying sound coming from the TV for some reason. To the point, I can not use the TV now. Wouldnt recommends buying this tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Abnormal sounds will have different causes depending on where the sound originates from. Is the sound coming from your speakers, or is your TV connected to an external audio device like a soundbar? If so, please make sure that the audio cable is connected to the correct audio output connector on the external device.

For antenna or cable connections, check the Signal Information. A low signal level may cause sound distortions. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information

If the sound is coming from the back of the TV, the expansion and contraction of the TV's outer casing may cause a popping noise. This does not indicate a product malfunction, and the TV is safe to use.

You may also want to run a Sound Test by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

I bought this tv a month ago and I’m starting to regret my decision. The picture is great but the sound is always off. I don’t use a sound bar and use the speakers from the tv. No amount of troubleshooting has fixed this including a factory reset.y other smart tvs work no problem at a fraction of the cost.

Good tv some minor defects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is good but the overall quality of the tv is just okay. When I try to move from different functions (Hulu to cable) it’s really slow and sometimes I have to keep pressing the same button for it to register.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
