Trouble with Streaming Movies

Picture is great. Sound is great. Problem is when streaming (Netflix, Prime), the video starts to lag the sound and it keeps getting worse until it is difficult to watch after about 15-20 minutes. I have 3 other Samsung TVs with no issues. The OLED tv is sitting right where an older one was that had no issues. I have tried all the suggestions posted on the internet, but nothing works. This is disappointing after I researched this TV and read all the great reviews. No reviews mentioned anything like this. Also disappointing considering the cost of the TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought this tv out of the box picture quality was not good went thru all the settings looked up videos online to no avail did video and picture test in tv everything showed good my direct tv genie had reverted to 720 p on its own set it to 4k now I have a great picture just remember to check

The picture on this tv is absolutely stunning and the sound is great. Having a bright qled tv for the living room beats an oled. TV responds fast like a good computer, very satisfying

TV Plus banner is annoying!

Overall I am very please with my Model QN65Q60BDFXZ. The one issue that is EXTREMELY annoying is the lower third screen, guide banner, that appears for a brief time EVRY TIME I switch channels when watching the Samsung TV Plus channels. All the other features of the Tv are great. I would give this product 5 stars if I could turn this off.
