[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For video games and streaming services such as Disney & Amazon delivers very clear, detailed picture. Colors are a bit too stark and bright but that's a minor nit pick.

Love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I as well as my family have been thru so many tvs over the years and now we have found the home theater experience that everyone was racing about yet we couldn't understand what that was like. As time went on and cell phones came out just as I was turning 18 I thought it was the most amazing thing ever. Years later I decided to buy the newest Samsung Galaxy and have yet to look at another brand of phone ever again. So I thought if Samsung can deliver my phone so near to perfection I'm going to try a Samsung TV as well as convincing family and friends to join in the change and yes!! I was right Samsung was right on!! I swear I created a cult. In all the years we kept purchasing Samsung TVs as we continued to upgrade. We got the bigger version this time and are extremely satisfied movies like Jurassic Park/world, avatar..you know movies meant to watch in theater but we don't even go to movies anymore. We have movie night at home with our wonderful TV and none of those expensive fees. We now have 3 Samsung TVs as well as our 4 phones and I have a laptop too..so yep I'm proud to admit we are just that. I would like to thank Samsung innovators for creating new and great products. Keep up the amazing work. From audio to visual to having the option for wall installation or just old fashioned on the stand I love the ability to make that choice. You are what your competitors want to be. And you continue to up the bar. Thank you for changing our lives in entertainment.

Great TV - Easy Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this TV and the setup was simple. So far (we have had a little over one month now) the picture quality, sound and operation are mostly outstanding. The Samsung live TV Feature is great, with numerous shows, sports and movies to choose from. The only reason I gave this TV four stars was because of the following:
1. Remote ControL: Yes it works, but it is so small (and thus the controls are tiny), it can be a bit difficult to operate, especially if you have large hands or long fingernails. Some toggles have multiple functions and thus its easy to get the wrong selection. No problem if you have a cable service remote, but we "cut the cord", so this remote will need to be replaced with a larger (more user friendly) universal remote. My advice to the design engineers is that just because you can make things smaller and incorporate numerous functions on a toggle, doesn't mean that's the best option.
2. Recording Function: As we no longer have cable, we wanted to use the recording function to record certain shows off live TV (Antenna). Unfortunately this feature (which does exist on the TV), isn't activated for US and Canadian TV's? That's a big dissapointment.

Overall a great TV - a little heavier than some, but no issue getting it up and running to include mounting on the wall. Would I select this or a similar Samsung TV in the future, yes I would!

Great SMART Features

For Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. Also the screen mirroring function is very easy to use and have high quality. It’s fun to play videos from my phone or tablet and have them projected on the large screen.

If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

Wonderful TV for the investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been looking for a 55” QLED with great performance and a reasonable price. The Q60B totally fits the bill.
Setup was a breeze and it was operational rapidly thanks to the automated setup assistance.
The picture quality is phenomenal and the TV performs well in all lighting. The sound quality is wonderful also. We enhance with a soundbar albeit the quality of the signal via ARC is crucial to performance and clarity.
I love the simplicity of the remote control and that it is solar charged.
We’re extremely satisfied
