Love the experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big scifi and action movie fans in our home and we are loving the experience when we watch on our Samsung. Clear, crisp picture that isn't too dark during the action or suspense. The sound makes you feel like you’re a fly on the wall watching up close and personal. Even the cartoons for the kiddos look and sound great. We recommend Samsung for a great home theater experience!!

I love the TV but the remote is not so great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for watching sports, movies, and streaming. I have enjoyed Samsung TV. The TV is great but the remote is poor. It will change the channels sometimes but not often. It does OK on the other functions but I have to use my cable box remote to change channels most of the time.

I’m sorry to hear your Q60BD TV’s remote is not working as expected. You may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
If you're still having issues, please also try the following steps: 1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in. 2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing. 3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery. 4. Check for available firmware updates on your TV. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Samsung Q80B review

This tv has literally blown me away with all the features and display settings that comes included. It has transformed my living room into a theater and I couldn’t be happier with this product. Samsung is hands down the best tv on the market

This is the BEST tv ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the best tv that I've ever had. I normally buy cheap ones like rokus and I had big ones but this one for the price was insane. The quality of the screen was 10x better then anything else I've ever had. The features were also awesome it was a smart tv with its own set of applications and I just fell in love with it. Will definitely be looking for another tv like.
