Enjoying how connected everything is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV with all my streaming services, along with casting from videos and other media via phone. I also really love the smart things app feature where you can watch whatever you are watching on the TV from your phone. So need a quick bathroom break or something to drink during a game or show without missing anything? No problem just open the app and choose view TV from phone. Any apps TV or whatever. I also have IP TV and there are many apps to choose from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great made tv but it lacks when it comes to technology features the memory needs to be improved. the picture setting such as the brightness and colors also needs improvement the balances betweenness dark and light is off when watching or playing a game you notice that you can't see the picture well due to the darkness balance the dark over powers the brightness and you can't see night nor dark well

Thank you for sharing your review of your new 2022 Q60B TV. Your thoughts are appreciated and will be shared with our internal teams. You may want to try adjusting image settings to improve your picture.

Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

You can also go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.

To ensure your TV’s performance is fully optimized, please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an update available by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

Only lasted 4 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was great until I moved it to a new living situation. Tried my best to be gentle with it because the directions say not to touch the screen. Well I did not touch the screen during the moving process and the screen was ruined when I turned it on. It eventually went totally black after a few weeks.

I'm sorry to hear your 2022 Q60B TV incurred damage during your moving process. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, noncommercial use of this product, and does not apply to damage incurred during shipment, delivery and/or installation.

You may want to locate a service center in your area to resolve this. On Samsung's website, go to Support (upper right corner) and select Schedule a Service Appointment. This will allow you to find a location nearest you to help you with your repair.

Good color, sound, slow OS

Mesmerizing!!
