Good picture. A few annoying flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice picture, and my first smart tv so I like that in general. However a few functional problems keep me from giving it 5 stars. — the Netflix app simply doesn’t load, I’d say at least 25% of the time. I have to reboot the entire tv just to get it to show up. This is a common and ongoing problem according to my online searches. — it takes way too many steps to switch audio output.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Great for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For what I paid this is an awesome deal. The picture is great, lots of streaming apps and Home Screen is customizable. Only 2 downfalls is that the network connection will randomly drop occasionally and no compatible voice remote. If you want a great large size smart tv on a budget this is what you want.

We appreciate your feedback on the remote functionality, as well as the network connectivity on your Q60BD TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

This product is all-around great

Samsung Q60A is outstanding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Q60B QLED is an outstanding HDTV with a spectacular picture quality, a boatload of features and a great price. Coupled with a Samsung soundbar that provides better than theater quality experience. The TV and soundbar were a snap to set up and were up and running in an eye blink. Bonus benefits is that it allows us to see family photos that are located in our NAS that is connected in our WI-FI, plus the ability to search the WWW. Best TV decision we have ever made.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this TV for streaming, watching the game, our son's kids shows, listening to music, etc. We needed a tv desperately after our TV was destroyed during our move in FL. This is the best TV we've ever had!
