Outstanding TV until you get to the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV with cable and with steaming apps. We only use the sound when using streaming apps. The TV sound is more than acceptable for steaming. The picture quality is excellent and is perhaps the best I have owned. The smart TV features are very flexible and easy to use. My only complaint is the remote. It unpaired at times which requires turning the TV of and on.

I’m sorry to hear your Q60B TV’s remote is not working as expected. You may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
If the remote will not pair:
1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
4. Check for available firmware updates on your TV. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

This TV has absolutely great features.

The picture quality and clarity is unbelievable. In a movie I was watching on a close up of one of the characters I could literally see the fine hairs on his ear.
It was fast and easy setup and connected with my network without issue.

Excellent tv brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this everyday for gaming and entertainment (music, tv shows movies). I love it.It has amazing speaker quality and picture quailty. The frame rate is acceptable. The only complaint i have is the hdmi ports arent as durable as id like them to.
