The product is overall great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally prefer Samsung. I love the products, the quality, experience is always easy and great. The TV has great picture and sound quality! My only complaint would be that it no longer connects to my phone since the update, but honestly that may be a user issue.

Beautiful CLEAR, CRISP PICTURE.
When a show is produced in 4K (not everything is - yet) - the colors, the depth, the blacks - are phenomenal.
If I don't say so myself - I really picked a great one this time!!

Our First Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Samsung QLED 4K TV which use for streaming shows and movies as well a cable programs. The picture is always clear and bright even with the afternoon light coming through the picture widows next to it. The initial setup was simple and easy although we had to upgrade our cable and router boxes to get 4K. It is also very simple to use with the provided remote. The menu selelections are easy to add or remove to match our subscriptions. It also melded easily and fully into our home entertainment center. The builtin e-Manual is easy to find, load, read and use if you need to understand and use some of the advanced intricacies that make this TV a pleasure to use and watch.

Awesome TV, features and outstanding color. The menu was very intuitive, a pleasure to use and the size of the remote and its ability to recharge itself is fantastic. This TV brought a whole new Gaming Experience into my home. After reading several articles on the technology that make up this TV, it was clear that this TV was a winner.
