[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this one last year, super happy with it. 120Hz is the way to go. My entire home has only Samsung TVs. Best choice ever!

Great TV minus the ads forced onto it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV quality is good but the major issue is that it had ads that you cannot remove. You can reduce them slightly but you have no choice but to suffer from ads being forced onto you on a product you already purchased. The TV itself is good for pictures, sound, and gaming and pairs nicely with the Samsung sound bars. But the biggest dissapointment is the annoying ads.

Spectacular Color!

when our 6 year old led tv went on the blink, i started researching replacements. this model was on sale at our local big box store, so i began researching it and comparing to other manufacturers products. i was leaning toward an oled tv from another manufacturer and discovered samsung's qled technology. several expert reviews rated this tv as average in most categories, but we couldn't tell the difference between the qled and oled picture. despite mediocore reviews, the samsung qled was the winner. the qled picture quality and color is great! blacks are deep black, like a plasma tv. other colors are vivid and sharp. if you are undecided about purchasing this tv, you won't find anything as good for this price, buy it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The tv screen is full of white looking clouds when the screen is dark. I’ve tried to get a replacement but 1 1/2 month later I’m still stuck with a broken screen. Absolutely stay away from buying this tv.

Summer,
Thank you for choosing Samsung’s Q60B TV and for sharing details of your image quality. To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your TV is running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.
For further assistance with settings adjustments, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for: • LiveChat • Manuals, Software, & Warranty Info

Buster,
We appreciate you sharing details of the issues you’ve experienced on your Q60B TV. Please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred.
Check to see if Contrast Enhancer has been enabled. This setting automatically adjusts your TV's brightness so the difference between bright and dark areas is not excessive. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer
If Contrast Enhancer hasn’t been enabled, please see if Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, or Motion Lighting have been enabled and disable them. - Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting
Please also be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1304 which includes various performance and picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
I hope these tips help. Should you need further assistance, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for: 1) LiveChat 2) Manuals, Software, & Warranty Info

Great television.. at first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV has INCREDIBLE color out the box. The colors are absolutely beautiful. I am in love with this television but..
I'm dealing with a bleeding effect. I try not to turn my TV off anymore because it's really bad when I first turn it on. Once it heats up, it goes away but the bleeding effect lasts for a while until the TV warms up to it.
The audio is great, the features are awesome but consider I purchased this TV for the picture and the picture is going bad, I can't give it anything better than 3 stars.

Samsung does it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm becoming more and more of a Samsung fanboy with each product and this television is no different. I have a 65 inch model in my bedroom, which i use mostly for movies, and the 75 inch model in the living room, which i use mostly for gaming. You would think that this television is tailored specifically for each one of things it does such a great job with both. My bedroom is dark and my living room is full of windows and you can't tell the difference as far as picture quality goes. The brights are bright and the darks are dark regardless of the surroundings.
