Great TV, but UI has become busy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is great. Picture is clear, though the sound is what you would expect from a flat TV. There is not a lot of dept to the sound and if that is a must, you will need to get a sound bar.
Other than that, the UI has been changed from previous model, and is now busy and slow. I am not a big fan of Samsung's new UI. I wish they would keep it simple like the previous models.
Other than that, I can highly recommend the TV. The apps are good and perform well.

First large screen smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent TV to watch Cable channels and we've only recently started watching streaming channels. Colors are crisp and resolution is excellent. Getting used to the button-free remote takes some getting used to. Audio is very good for music but we'll have to fiddle with settings to get better spoken audio parts easier to understand. Setup was very easy ... Connected to my Google Nest home was easy but we're still learning how to use features like interoperability with our Samsung cell phones and tablets. Rechargeable remote is battery free = a plus!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV to replace an well-loved plasma TV. New TV is lightweight enough that my husband and myself were able to re-mount the TV ourselves using the existing bracket. Remote control and menu is fairly intuitive so did not have any issues from the get-go. The native streaming apps works well/quickly thanks to larger internal memory. Good dark/black contrast and crisp display for high action movies (like Marvel). I did disable image smoothing and use direct ethernet connection to TV instead of WiFi to give the TV priority traffic. I did not do a complicated audio set up for my living room, only bought the Samsung sound bar and base speaker, everything works great together, it didn't take me hours to setup, and everyone is happy.

QLED Experience

The best features
