thrilled about my purchase

The Z Grills 7002C is the first pellet grill I own, and so far, am thrilled with my purchase. Assembly was straightforward with excellent instructions, only took me about 1.5 hours. This weekend I cooked my first steak and was blown away by the taste. Maintenance of the grill is also very conventient and easy - cleaning it up after use doesn’t take more than 15 min, and none of the messy stuff you have to deal with with charcoal grills.
Can’t wait to try out the many recipes that are available on Z Grills and on YouTube. I’m a big fan!

Son tried to contact you and could not speak to you probe reading off by approx. 20 to 30 degrees and lid is bent . Will be interested to see your response to these items

Why pay a bunch more for an item that will do everything the big names will do?
From packaging to assembly-the manufacturer has done their homework.
Fit and finish along with expert cook results rival that of a back yard pit.

It's not working yet

one of the legs has a pretty good dent in it.
the back of the large barrel part of the grill has scratches.
the directions were good
all the parts were there.
we plugged it in and cannot get the display to work. it flashes on but then it goes dark. we are trying to get ahold of the help desk but it's two hours different time zone and we have only gotten voicemail so far. they did try to call us back. i'm hoping this is a minor issue and something that is easily solved but it wasn't an immediate win.

It's not easy putting together by yourself. Never would have guessed wheel axles would be with the chimney duh I thought they'd be with wheels. Directions were horrible and difficult to see. It shut itself down the first time I used it. I'm curious to see if it does it again. Yes shut itself completely off. Ask me again in 6 months.
