A great grill!

I love this grill. Assembly was fairly straightforward. My grill holds it temperature +- a couple of degrees while smoking. Things we have grilled so far have come out perfectly… all with a nice smoky BBQ flavor. I have not had any of the temperature or mechanical issues that were reported in other reviews. This is by far the best grill I’ve ever owned and the food is as close to a BBQ restaurant taste we have ever made at home.

Don’t waste your money on expensive pellet grills

I did my research on all the pellet grills, and I have to say this grill is the best value. It was easy to put together, and it’s easy to clean after every time I use it. Don’t waste your time with buying expensive grills due to name brands.

Ease of Use

I have never owned a smoker. This product is so simple to use. I have now done 2 meals and it was so easy that I cannot believe it. First meal was a smoked whole chicken cut into 2 halves. I also put squash split in half and small potatoes. It was pefect. Last night I smoked ribeyes, squash, onions, carrots, pecans, mushroom, and peaches. It was fantastic. Tonight I going to tackle Ribs. I would recommend this as a really inexpensive but adequate smoker. Fun to do this. It is not large but for a meal for 4 it works great.

I was a little worried due to some of the reviews online about the product not working, or broken, or breaking down within a few uses. But, so far, no issues! I can tell by assembling it and reading the instructions that this is NOT like other grills, you can't neglect maintenance or ignore what could be interpreted as minor things (keeping your pellets out of humidity, cleaning the heat source/interior after a couple of uses or a heavy use, etc...). Aside from the warning that this grill is higher maintenance than say, a propane grill, it's performed incredibly well! Haven't encountered any issues so far, it's been great! Took a few hours to assemble, so be aware of that.

Excellent pellet smoker and grill

This is my second Z-grill and I love it!
I upgraded so I have more cooking surface and this one's just right. I can smoke 5 racks of ribs at once.
Temp control is good to go once you get the cap adjusted properly. Slide a paint stick between the stack and the cap and it's set.
And yes, you can cook steaks, burgers etc. Just kick the temp up high and it's almost as good as charcoal heat.
Assembly is a bit of a pain with only one person when you're putting the legs on. But otherwise easy.

Nice grill smoker for the price. Temperature control bounces around but only used it once so far. Assemebly is difficult for one person but manageable if you have the time and patience
