[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, being older customers, setting up the remote is hard. We are using our old remote and the new remote. Not happy the new remote does not light up when lights are turned off, our old one does. Color is beautiful; purchased a sound bar for better hearing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my roommate have been using this TV for a while now and I find it awesome! It is crisp, crystal clear, the sound quality is amazing. I like the big screen. It is a joy to watch anything on this TV. Also, despite its size, it is light, so you can easily move it around. The remote is intuitive and very easy to use. The TV looks very nice. It is big and flat and thin. You can display your photos on it and it would look like a framed photo! The smart features are intuitive. There are a lot of built in channels and streaming services which make life easier. The setup was a breeze, didn't take long at all!

Great Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV mainly for my workout room. It was easy to set up. The picture quality is great. Since I use it for working out early in the mornings, I haven’t really tested the audio quality as much because I keep it pretty quiet. I also have it connected to a sound bar. I have noticed the menu options on the Home Screen seem to lag a bit. I am not a fan of the cursor. It’s distracting and difficult to control. Overall though it’s a good value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From when the box first arrived I knew that I was in for something special. The heavy duty cardboard advertising the contents had me itching to set it up. This was a much needed upgrade as the TV I was replacing was 10 years old or 150 in technology years. My worry was that it would take a good few hours to get it all set up and running. 20 mins later I was sitting down watching shows on my new 65 inch Nano Cell screen. I used the supplied mounting feet as my TV is not wall mounted. They are extremely easy to install with just one screw for each and although small they balance the large TV with ease. I like that they have rubberized grips to keep it securely put and from scratching the surface. 1 plug 1 hdmi cable is all that's needed to get it up and running then once you turn it on it does all the rest. It recognized my cable box and the provider and programmed the remote accordingly only other input I had to do was enter a few passwords and codes for internet and streaming services. I used the remote to do this although you can also do it from your cell phone too. The remote is like a wii controller where the pointer moves based on where you are pointing it on the screen this is pretty cool. I did not mess with any other settings and not sure if I need to. The picture quality is insanely good and the volume from the rear speakers is plenty loud.
So if you are someone who is intimidated by technology and concerned about if you have the know how to set it all up, I can assure you that you do and just like me you'll be watching your favorite shows in 20 mins or less!

Overall pros and cons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I short, Iam happy with my purchase. This is a good TV with excellent colors and resolution. However, 1 - Operating this TV is somewhat a challenge. It takes a long time to load channel content. It sometimes switch channels on its own. Difficult to configure and customize menus. 2 - It is incapable of adding some popular channels like CNBC, CNN live etc..
3 - Connectivity issues, even with my at home 100GB internet, I still get hour glass during streaming movies. Perhaps these issues are only my issues and can be resolved if LG have a simple phone number for getting advice and troubleshooting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so happy with our first LG TV in our family room that we bought a second one for our basement. Great picture quality, easy to navigate menu and all our favorite apps.
