bad viewing angles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is ok, but I'm disappointed in the viewing angle, you-pretty much have to watch it straight on. even slight angles are not clear. The picture is ok but not as good as I expected. The sound is good. Do not know how the apps work as I don't use them, instead I use a Roku streaming.

Do your research

I’m very disappointment with my latest purchase of a LG 43NANo75. I’ve heard good things about LG TVs, so I thought I’d give them a shot. But aberrantly I must have picked the wrong model. It took a while and some tweaking to get a picture that I could live with. My biggest complaint is that if you are not directly in front of the TV you will get a washed-out picture. I can’t speak on other LG models, but as for the 43NANo75 I would definitely tell buyers to do their research before putting down their hard-earned money...

Run away!

Bought this 6 weeks ago and so sorry I did. Continually loses connection with wifi, Constant buffering. Only one of my 5 brands of tv's to do so. WebOS is poorly designed. The remote is incredibly sensitive. Simply brushing against a button throws you out of your app. Did I mention there are few to no instructions?

We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchase. We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers, and we apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. We'd suggest trying a few troubleshooting tips. Please go into your settings menu and clear the cache. Check for updates and restart your TV. Please note that a TV optimization app may also help. If all of these steps fail, we'd suggest a factory restart of your TV. Please contact us directly at 800-243-0000 if you require additional assistance. ~Tanisha

I’ve had the tv a few weeks and it has a great picture. It was easy to set up. I’m 69 and didn’t have any trouble with adding my fire stick, my sound bar and my portable antenna.

I bought this 6 weeks ago and it is nearly perfect. The remote control is a little wonky to use as it is a rollerball and pretty tiny so it goes zooming across the apps so a little difficult to control.

happy with it, great picture & sound

My 15 yr old 40" HDTV finally stopped working properly so time for new upgrade. I got a 32" LG 720p as an employment gift earlier this year and really like it so I decided to stay with LG and purchased this 50" NANOCELL. This is my 1st 4k HDR and the picture is beautiful also the sound is so good on AI sound setup I don't need to use my separate surround sound equipment. Have owned for about a month so still getting use to the features, having some trouble with Alexa voice remote not sure if setup correctly, gets confused with my Alexa Echo but I have cable service with voice remote so not a big issue for me at this time. I like the WEBOS apps no issue connecting so far. TV is easy to use. I don't use for gaming so can't rate that. Overall so far I'm very happy with this TV and recommend purchase.

Poor quality overall

I purchased this item in June 2022. I have been frustrated using this ever since. The color is off, dark scenes appear too dark even in a dark room. The software was upgraded at least 5 times and it is very slow to navigate applications such as Hulu, HBO Max, and others. I wish I used the money for this for a better tv. Also, from side view of the tv, it is warped. It’s not evenly flat and an indication of poor construction - the tv is large and flimsy. I don’t recommend this product at all.

Very disappointed

We bought our tv a little over a month ago after having previously purchased an LG television that has and still works great, but with our new tv we have had problems with a blurry picture, buffering, and loading apps. So we then figured it was our internet/Wi-Fi and had our internet provider come out check our connections, installed a new router and modem and the problems still persist. We also have other televisions in the house and are having no issues with them leading us to believe it is our new television. We’re just very disappointed and frustrated when we thought we were getting a quality television.
