Works great in Kitchen

The picture is great and it's the perfect TV for our renovated kitchen. Maybe I'm just getting used to the smart TV, but the delay in using the remote is a bit annoying. We may plug in a Roku stick.

Potentially a proven buy

I love the clarity & richness of colors. Black & white never appeared so clean. However, I'm going through several tech steps to eliminate freeze-ups, pixelating and buffering. It has to do w/ the fact I use antennae & have a DVD/VHS which doesn't have an HDMI port. There has been improvements, for sure, although the latter part of a movie today was so broken up I shut the TV off.

DONT BUY

The absolutely worst TV I have ever had. The TV will randomly disconnect from the internet, is slow to respond to remote clicks, and many more problems that should not be the case.

Wow, such a good TV at an incredible price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start with the packaging. This TV had minimal packaging rather than huge boxes and bubble wraps to get rid of. I love that! It was easy to slide it from the package. I was able to take it out of the box all by myself even though this is a huge 65" TV!
Setting it up was super easy too. It comes with instruction manual and I was able to get it up and running in no time!
The picture quality is amazing. The pixels are bright. The sound quality is very good. I love it that I can easily pair it with my bluetooth earbuds. It was a snap to set it up. This way I can watch TV without bothering my roommate.
I also like it a lot that it comes with a lot of streaming services built in. Honestly, after getting this TV, I don't think I need roku anymore! I can get rid of it and just use the channels on my new TV! Saves me space, saves me remote control. Speaking of remote control, this LG remote control is very intuitive. I love it that you can either use the arrow keys to go up and down or use it like a mouse and click on anywhere on the scree easily.
Can't wait to have a sports night with my buddies and watch the games on this big screen LG TV!!

Vertical light banding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this tv for about a month, having an issue with the backlight leds showing through the screen in vertical bands which affects picture quality in shows and movies.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
