Easy to assemble, superior product. This is the 3rd pellet smoker I have owned over the years. By far, this surpasses all others in quality and functionality. A few features that stand out: 1) Easy assembly, 2) High temp, 3) Insulated housing for cold weather cooking, 4) Simple control panel, 4) Integration with App.

I was really impressed with how the Timberline was so securely and well packed. It was easy to unbox and put together and the instructions were easy to follow. Thank you for approaching this product from a customer’s point of view. Easy instruction, Simplicity in unboxing. And simple to follow instructions. I am eager to use this new Timberline. This is an upgrade from my old Traeger and I’m positive it will more than meet my expectations.

Hot rod gone bad.

I had the Timberline smoker for about a year of lite use. I was doing an all night smoke of a brisket when the fire died. I had to finish the cook in my oven. Apparently the hot rod stopped working. The warranty on the hot rod is one year. The unit has sat unused since. I’m now ready to order and replace the hot rod/fire sensor. Hopefully it will work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
