[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally had the chance to upgrade from my Timberline 850 to the new Timberline. When you think the product couldn't get any better, Traeger goes above and beyond and produces a grill with a beautiful design, thoughtful creature comfort upgrades, and a way to carve out a niche in the market that other outdoor appliance companies can't rival. I just got my new Timberline XL and customer support was fast and a great help…
my grill was in Demo mode, so no heat would work. Support was able to remove the demo mode.
I also wasn’t able to get the grill to heat up… I found out you need to Prime the auger first… then it all worked well. Not sure if I will need to do this every time.
