Amazing I feel lucky

Perfect for what I need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is great for streaming, zoom meetings and more. The pen makes it really easy to get creative. It talks to your other galaxy devices to keep your notes synced across them all and since it can rotate 360 degrees you always have a free standing portable TV in your laptop bag 10/10 would recommend

Cracked Screen

I purchase this laptop two years ago, but have not had any issues until just recently. The computer's operating system is fantastic and it runs very well, but the material the laptop is made out of is very weak. I use the laptop daily for school usage, and just recently the screws that hold the screen hinges in place have fallen out. I had to take the laptop apart to put them back in. Additionally, on 4/7/2025 I opened my laptop in the morning and saw a hairline vertical crack that spanned my entire screen. Have never dropped the laptop, but all of the sudden the crack formed. Did some research and apparently this is a known issue for these large screens. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
