Excellent laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this samsung book 360 pro laptop for my educational purpose. I am a PhD student and as a PhD i have to work almost 16 plus hours a day on this laptop. I am very satisfied with the performance and multifunctionality it provides with pen and 360 feature. I will recommend this to everyone, this is super slim light laptop with high performance.

Great Laptop. Super thin super fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this laptop less than 6 months ago. It's super fast and very light. Got the i7, 16 gb.version in graphite color. Touch screen is awesome. Can flip backwards for tablet mode. Has the backlit keyboard which make it great to use in dark rooms. Super fast on my internet. Love this laptop.

Useless laptop

Do not buy this laptop. It constantly crashes just from watching Netflix. The GPU is useless and that makes the laptop useless. Its crazy that with these specs I can't watch netflix in one tab and surf the web on another.

Love it but.....

Love the functionality of this device. Had it for about 6 months and I took it out of my bag and there is a crack all the way across the screen. Come to find out by reading some forums that this is a known issue due to the extremely thin bezel. It is way too flexible so when you open and close it the screen flexes and will randomly Crack even with careful use. This is a known issue but they are still selling the product without some kind of screen replacement program? Not happy!!!

Stylish, slim, portable yet poor performance

it felt premium by design and material quality. after using it for a couple of days, i am frustrated with the performance. the fan kicks out very often even during a simple zoom call. if you play a video side by side it gets heated very badly. also, the battery drains too fast in the high-performance mood. as a medium user of a laptop, i find this is not suitable for me. apart from the performance, i didn't like the audio quality and webcam video quality. also, touch doesn't work very often. it does go with a premium laptop. i will not recommend it.

Love my Book2 Pro 360

Bought the Book2 Pro 360 during pre-order. I have gaming laptops that perform extremely well but also are thick and heavy. I needed someone for work and on the go. For people complaining about heat and noise, it's simple, turn your performance down and quit trying to play CoD on it. The fan is seriously not loud like some people make it and there is a "quiet" mode. My fans (plural) on my gaming laptop are loud. But overall I love the laptop. It does exactly what I need it to do. I rarely use the touchscreen or the pen but the functions are there if I want them. I can use my Tab S8 Ultra as a aux monitor with ease. However, I use my curved 50in Samsung monitor as my primary screen when at my desk ;). My Buds2 Pro connect without doing anything to them. My wife has a Samsung Book and it works just as good. Super thin. Super light. Performs perfectly. Great laptop Samsung. No complaints here.

Random crashes

this is an update to my previous review. the random blue screen crashes continue to happen. apart from chrome, i don't have any other apps installed. reinstalling drivers and resetting windows a bunch of time did not resolve it. sad to say, i'll be returning this pc. do better samsung.
