Dissapointed!

I bought it a month ago.... The lag with the audio is horrible. I used my samsung buds. Is so annoying to use a wired headset because the buds do not work on online meetings. Even when they are connected to the computer, for some reason they don't connect to online meetings as a device. I actually believed the issue were my earbuds but, I have tried a brand new galaxy buds pro and still the lag would not go away. The computer is updated and no other updates are avaliable. Research for this issue and it is common. I had so much expectation as a samsung user. Really dissapointed.

It does everything I need and more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm able to use my device for work and pleasure with ease and reliability. The battery never runs out while I work and I confidently use it off the charger when I can. Games play surprisingly well considering that is not its intended use. I'm in love with the limited edition blue and I think this might be the last one I buy for myself. I especially love the light up keyboard and wireless phone charger implemented within the laptop!

So Far, No Good

this was purchased for the purposes of writing, composing, and recording music. the problem is that the computer is incapable of bi-directional usb communication with the recording hardware because of the uefi bios. it is able to receive information from the mixer (recording hardware) but is unable to return the recorded track to be able to work with the next track. the previous laptop used for this has no issues. i will try to work this out with both samsung and the manufacturer of the hardware but i'd like to know, "whatever happened to plug-and-play??" it seems the samsung uefi bios is the cause of the problem but i have no way to force it to run the legacy bios. if this is unable to be resolved, i'll need to return the laptop.

This is honestly the best computer I’ve ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just aesthetic wise this is one of the prettiest laptops I’ve ever had. It is really thin and light and the purple is such a beautiful shade.
I love the face that it is 360 and I can use it to binge watch tv shows ( Pretty Little Liars) at the moment.
One of my favorite features is the fact that it has a fingerprint to log in!!
Definitely recommend

Good machine but touchpad position is a fail

Good laptop overall. Thin and very lightweight and the screen looks really good and vibrant. Audio is decent for what you'd expect out of a thin and light.
However, after I got it, I updated all drivers from the Samsung Update app and faced intermittent blue screen of death, especially immediately after opening the lid when the laptop wakes from sleep mode. I reset Windows and things seem fine so far.
My biggest gripe however is that the nice and large touch pad is not centered under the space bar (i.e. not centered under the letter keys) but instead centered with the chassis, making it frustrating for any kind of productivity work that involves a lot of typing as my palm keeps touching the trackpad and moves the mouse all over the place.
If not for the weird touch pad location, I would have given this a 5 star.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little computer, truly bad heating issues

i wanted a lightweight laptop for my backpack where i could write, surf the web, and draw. and that's what this computer serves, except the heating issues - they're downright bad. half the time the computer doesn't go to sleep when i close the lid, the fan will run when it's supposedly "sleeping," and it gets so crazily hot sometimes i can't touch it for a few minutes. fan runs constantly. it doesn't feel consistent. i want to love this!
