Screen is flimsy resulting in easily cracking.

Had this laptop for a year, no issues with software but I do have a hardware issue. The computer is extremely thin and large which is nice but unfortunately the durability, strength, and fortitude is sacrificed. A slight push to the bottom center of the screen will yield quite the bending in the screen and hinges. To me, this was not a big concern as it's build quality didn't seems to have any real negative effects. That is, until I found a crack right down the middle of my screen. Although you can't feel it or even see it very well straight on, it does bother me as I am always very careful and do not know how it even happened. The real kicker here, however, is that after encouraging my mother to buy the exact same laptop for work, she too, after a couple weeks noticed a strikingly similar crack down the middle of her screen. I wanted to get it replaced but the method for doing so is very cumbersome and I didn't find an easy solution. TLDR: screen is flimsy and I've noticed a tendency to form a very small crack right down the middle, if a sturdy build is of interest to you, please get another laptop or perhaps just a smaller size.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Laptop I've Purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this laptop for school when I started my computer science program. One of my professors told me to get a powerful laptop with lots of storage. Since I already use Samsung with my phone, watch, and tablet, of figured I'd try out the laptop. It handles my programming without any issues. I even game a little on playing games like the Sims 4 and Hogwarts Legacy (which runs much smoother and looks way more beautiful on my laptop than on my Steamdeck). Coming from a MacBook air I've appreciated the faster os startup times and not having to hear a loud fan running 24/7. The pen comes in handy although I don't find myself using it much since I use my tab and it's pen in conjunction with my laptop. At the end of the day you like what you like and this tablet is easy to like because I haven't yet found anything about it that I don't like.

Incredibly versatile and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Galaxy book 2 for a college student and am not disappointed. The Book is more than powerful enough to handle everything, yet is very slim and portable. Also, we use Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phones, and the ability to link our phones to the Book easily is very useful. These 2 devices combined make a very practical and powerful productivity unit.
My only wish, is that battery life on the Book was just a bit better. It's very solid, but I could always use more lol. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Galaxy Laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy laptop for work emails, shopping and general web surfing. It is lightweight, thin, easily fits in my purse. I use fingerprint scan to log in. Camera is very clear for video Conferencing. Easily connects to other of my Samsung devices as well. The only downside is that the battery doesn't last long. I believe around 2 hr max battery life. So I always sit where there's a plug close by. Overall, not a bad laptop for a not so computer savvy user.

Book 2 pro 360 13" review

I know that I will have this laptop until the day it finally can't go on anymore. It has been a wonderful and exciting piece of tech that I use every day for my business, gaming and casual browsing. The speakers are beautiful when watching shows and movies and that screen is gorgeous.
