STILL LOOPING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was wonderful until it became stuck in a loop. None of the suggestions for a reset worked. So, right now it's useless.

Our intention is for our customers to feel like they are having the most fascinating experiences when our products are being used. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. If you are having an issue with your Samsung Windows PC or if it isn’t running properly, use Samsung Recovery to reset the device and restore it to a previous point in time. Samsung Recovery has options for creating a backup, performing a reset, and even restoring the Windows OS. You should consider creating backups regularly when your PC is running well, especially if you plan to make big changes. This will ensure that you have a stable backup available in case your Samsung Notebook, Galaxy Book, or Galaxy Tab Pro S ever malfunctions. Check out the Samsung article titled, "Recover, restore, or reset your Samsung PC" for some helpful tips you may find constructive for your situation. The screen size and capacity it has to do all the things I love and still move at a fast rate has made this the best decision I've ever paid for. I love all of Samsung products from my phone, my kids tablets, and their phone, computers cause mine isn't the only Samsung, earbuds. I would convert my whole house to Samsung products if I could

It's thin light weight packed with options and power it makes it a pleasure to work as well.
From fast boot times backlit keys colorful display and overall crisp clean design it's elegant.
Linking my other Samsung devices is a snap and having the ability to seamlessly use all my device displays dragging files from one screen to the next is awsome .
casts to my Samsung TV for entertainment with ease.
Transfer photos from my phone with quick share is great.
And having the same ability to edit or view files with the same apps that are on all my other Samsung devices with ease is a huge plus.
And it's integration with windows is just as plush.
I am happy to be a Samsung owner and user.
I have never been disappointed by a Samsung product and look forward to continue having Samsung be apart of my world.
