[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The induction stove top has been amazing. You can boil water in seconds. The oven is spacious and easy to use.

What were you thinking

Though I had only had my Benchmark range for a few weeks, I should have known better because the design flaws are so obvious. How long do you expect the vent at back to remain working efficiently when grease splatters will continue to infiltrate the vent? Why put the large skillet/pan burner in the middle and back area? Very inconvenient and does not support a 12 in skillet with even heating. It is hard to not bump the bottom drawer and have it pop open on occasion. It is impossible to see the function buttons on range top without bright light. If I could, I would remove this stove and get another brand. But the budget will have me using this until it dies. Not happy.

WE purchased this range when they were first introduced back in 2017. It has been a up and down experience. Initially, the range top worked well but become irratic a lkittle before the warranty expired. by the time it eas clear that it was the range and not us, the waranty had expireed. I was able to work with Bosch and they did fix it as a warranty issue. It turned out to be a bad user control board. It has worked fine since. Where I fault Bosch is in quality control. the range arrived with missed aligned screws (marked with a sharpie) and the warming drawer was broken. I don't know why it was shipped this way. Bosch fixed everything so that is good. I hope Bosch has improved the initial quality (but they are not much different then appliances from other manufactueres we have purchased). My wife loves the range. Their hob placement could be better though. We almost never use the small hob and we use the large hob a lot, switching them would be better.

Cooks As Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned a Bosch induction cooktop and chose this range when I contracted for a kitchen remodel.
I have been using the range for about a month and am pleased with its performance. I have had more experience with the cooktop than the oven, but when the summer heat wears off I'm sure I will be putting it through its paces for baking.
I do find it difficult to see the controls for the burners, especially when any liquid or oil splatters on them.

Cooktop Issues
on July 15, 2019

My wife and I purchased in June of this year and have two issues; (1) there are no circle lines on the surface to help center a pot or pan over the element making it nearly impossible to tell where it should go; (2) the large element is too far back on the surface which forces my wife to lean over the controls to reach it, making it very inconvienent to use. These two issues make it impossible to recommend this unit.
